Using what we learn during research, we create a spec sheet of what the client expects after consuming the report and what the users expect, this combination with a care to user experience is what guarantees a winning app

Designing The App

We mock up the structure and navigation of the app, this entails everything that is user facing, we focus more on user experience, we need to give your customers a good experience otherwise your app is getting uninstalled and we dont want that.

This means it has to be usable with looking like a maze, fortunately we excel in this department, we don't do ugly in these parts

Development

Once you are happy with how the app will look, we then get started with all the hard stuff. The development team works with the design team to ensure that what they build looks like what you agreed to. The backend infrastructure and software are selected at this stage based on what your app has to do, your budget and client base size with room for growth, we dont want this stuff collapsing on itself if you experience rapid growth once your star app takes off. Reports are provided weekly to you to ensure you can track the progress of your app being built to your specifications.

Quality Assurance

Throughout building your app, we test it, once we are done building your app, we test it some more, on a larger scale, think beta tests and closed testing including the backend infrastructure, we put everything through maximum load and security tests.

When we are happy, you get a report of the stress test and your app. We offer managed services where you don't have to do anything at all but commission the building of the app, we will handle deployment to the app stores and all backend maintenance. When you need an update, you let us know what you need and we will get right on it.

Deployment

When you are happy with the quality of your app and the infrastructure supporting it, you can deploy it yourself or make use of our managed services and we handle everything for you. This is when your app makes it into the public for everyone to use.

Maintenance
